We deliver ice creams in our freezer truck, and have also partnered with Erb Transport and a local delivery service Cart 2 Curb.

Deliveries in Kitchener & Waterloo are $10 +HST.
Deliveries outside of Kitchener & Waterloo are $15 +HST.
FREE DELIVERIES on ALL orders greater than $75.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
Deliveries within Kitchener & Waterloo are made on your selected date between 11 am and 4 pm. Please contact us if you need a specific time and we will do our best to accomodate you, however it is not always possible. We do not offer delivery on Sundays and Mondays.
Deliveries outside Kitchener & Waterloo are on your selected date before 8 pm. You'll receive follow up emails or texts when we're on our way.
DOES SOMEONE NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE THE ICE CREAM?
Yes! The ice cream needs to be received and transferred to a freezer as soon as possible, as we're not currently shipping with Dry Ice. We use refrigerated cargo vans that keep your ice creams at -18 C or colder.
We will attempt to contact you if nobody is home at the time of the delivery. If we are unable to get in touch with you or have not made alternative arrangements, your order will not be delivered. You can call us at 519-888-8387 to make arrangments for pick-up or another delivery. An additional delivery charge may apply for missed deliveries.

Yes, the Four All Ice Cream Scoop Shop located at 75 King St. S in Uptown Waterloo is open. You can find our hours HERE.
Our manufacturing operations at the Four All Factory, while active, is closed to the public. Our online store is also open.
HOW CAN I GET SOME ICE CREAM?
Come see us at our Uptown Waterloo Scoop shop! Visit our online shop for pick-up or delivery. Or visit one of our stockists.
PICK-UPS
CAN I ORDER ICE CREAM FOR PICK-UP?
Yes! Order online from our online store.Select your pick-up date and time. We’ll send a pick-up notification as soon as it’s ready.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR PICK-UP?
Nothing! Local pick-ups are free.
WHERE IS THE PICK-UP LOCATION?
The pick-up location is our Uptown Waterloo Scoop Shop, located at 75 King St. South, Waterloo. Our entrance is on Willis Way.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE PICK-UP MY ORDER?
Yes! As long as they are able to provide us with a valid order number and the name of the individual who placed the order.
WHAT IS THE PICK-UP PROCESS?
When you arrive at the store you are welcome to come inside and provide us with your order number or name to receive your order. Alternatively, you can call the shop at 519-888-8387 when you arrive, and we can meet you outside with your order.
OTHER QUESTIONS
How long does it take to make my online order?
Orders can be ready within 15 minutes from when the order is placed. To accomodate peak periods and minimize wait times the following limitations have been set:
- Pick-up orders: The earliest available time slot defaults to the next half-hour.
- Delivery orders within Kitchener-Waterloo: The earliest available time slot defaults to the next day for all orders placed before 6 pm. There are no Sunday or Monday deliveries.
- Delivery orders outside Kitchener-Waterloo: Enter your postal code to confirm delivery. Deliveries are Tuesdays to Fridays, depending on your location. The earliest available time slot defaults to the next day for all orders placed before 6 pm. There are no Saturday, Sunday or Monday deliveries outside of Kitchener-Waterloo.
- Cake orders: Require at least 1 week's notice The closest available time slot defaults to 7 days from time from order, excluding Mondays.

What are your COVID protocols?
Our team will continue to wear masks while serving you, and we understand that everyone has varying levels of comfort. While we encourage everyone who visits to wear a mask as well, we will respect your choice, as we ask you to respect our choice and that of other guests sharing our space.
High touch surfaces are sanitized frequently including the indoor and outdoor seating areas.
