Try This At Home: Coffee & Tea Ice Cream Cakes

Coffee and tea may seem like they shouldn't be enjoyed at the same time, but we found the exception: Coffee & Tea Ice Cream Cakes!

 

 

 

All you need:

• Slices of plant-based coffee cake from Show & Tell Coffee or BRCH (made by Unity Baking)
• Scoops of our High Tea ice cream
• Fresh berries or mint for garnish
• Toothpicks

 

What to do:

1. Cut the cakes in half to make two small squares
2. Add a small scoop on top of the squares
3. Put them in the freezer for 10-15 minutes
4. Garnish with whatever your heart deserves! We picked fresh berries
