Wicked Wednesday: Funky Monkey Mudslide

What's more fun than a mudslide cocktail? A mudslide made with banana and toffee ice cream! That's what.

 

What you'll need:

• 2 scoops of our Funky Monkey ice cream
• 1 oz vodka (we suggest Dillon's Vodka Method 95)
• 1 oz of homemade Kahlua: 2.5 cups of fresh brewed coffee (we suggest Smile Tiger's black tambourine dark roast), 4 cups of organic cane sugar 2+1/4 cups of Yongehurst's Harbour White Rum, 1 vanilla bean (or 1 tsp of vanilla extract)  

What to do:

• Garnish a tall glass with some chocolate drizzle and place it in the freezer
• Put all your ingredients together in the blender and mix away
• Pour your mix into the glass & ta-da!
