Wicked Wednesday: Grape Rum Slush

One of our favourite sorbets, Grape Sorbet, in sunny cocktail form!

Here's how we made it:

  • 1 cube of our Grape Sorbet (500 ml)
  • 2-ounces Yongehurst Distellery's Harbour Rum
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  1. Combine ingredients into blender, and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into a tall glass & garnish with a skewer of Sovereign Grapes
